1. Change of mind.
We are happy to offer store credit for change of mind. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
All requests for credit due to change of mind must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer or can be deducted from store credit provided.
Please contact us prior to returning items.
2. Faulty or Wrongly Described Goods.Occasionally goods may become damaged in transit or arrive from the factory with minor faults. If you receive a faulty or wrongly described item please contact us and we will arrange a replacement, repair or return at our cost.
