      Love this thing. The aggressive knurling provides grip second to none. This has been a great addiditon to my home gym and helped take my squat dead and bench to another level. You don't realise how important a great bar is and the difference it makes til you have one! Wow

      Bar is great it was hard to fit the goliath steel plates on at first on sleeves, I prefer the sleeves on the goliath deadlift bar, although it is much better after a few uses
